Is my battery over charging?

It's about 40 degrees out here and I was driving my camaro ss. I let it warm up a little and I noticed for the first time I noticed the battery gauge was right in between the 12 and 19 volts. It has never been like this and nothing has really changed. I drove it for about 30 min and it didn't change. Is this normal or is something wrong? Everything electronically works fine and there's no check engine light. Thank you in advance!

your fine man, batteries fluctuate with heat and cold. and actually heat is the enemy of your battery over cold

You can check the battery voltage on the display screen too, which will tell you exactly where it's at since some of those gauges are not always evenly spaced, coolant and battery voltage almost never is.
