Nice try though but really not a good comparison, buyers would be much better off waiting for the new GT350 or picking up a used 13/14 500.

Also I hope they have better luck than Roush's attempt at a supercharged 5.0.

Be careful, I have a friend with a Silver 5.0 (2014) automatic, looks stock, sounds stock, has a Roush supercharger package with headers. With drag radials ran 10.30 @ 132 +, NO JOKE, and then they kicked him off the track for no roll bar.

Right and most likely has WAY less money in it.

I've read several times now that there is only 7 lbs of boost......is there any truth to this?

8This is from Hennesey's site

"Key to that 717 bhp (and the HPE700’s deep well of torque—632 lb-ft at 4400 rpm) is the Roots-type high-helix supercharger packing 7.25 psi of boost. Helping the Coyote V8 breathe more deeply is a high-flow throttle body and stainless-steel exhaust system. Upgraded injectors and fuel pump help feed the V8, under command of Hennessey’s proprietary engine management calibration."

Maybe and most likely its a typo and should read something like 17.25psi.

Until you see the rear. The back looks absolutely terrible.
