Any chance you could send him a video showing that the call button on the steering wheel isn't working? That seems like it should be an easy fix, especially if the other steering wheel controls work. That's really kind of a big deal for me, but my communications with Lim have always been poor. He never understands what I mean.

I will. He tends to get confused if I bring to many things to his attention. I'll wait to hear back about these other two and then hit him up with that.

I emailed him today about the loss of power issue, my Bluetooth and noticed a persistent green line on the screen when watching videos

That is annoying. It took me a while to get used to turning down the volume before turning on the radio.

In the factory settings there is a menu for volume. I haven't messed with it yet, but that may adjust the radio, don't know if it would affect both which would negate the feature. I'll check tonight and let u know

Noted, thanks.
I am also checking with Francis about this problem.
He replied as follows:

For radio and dvd sound, need to upgrade the mcu software and after need to upgrade the android software and then go to factory setting , login 0000 , to select the can bus hices for can bus and go to mcu setting to select the amplifier singlecan1 ,3.. ,only when upgrade and then make such setting and then press reset button on the unit , it will work good for the system.
but i need to know the mcu version given in the system under the factory setting version control .info

Will try to check today and keep you posted.

Where did you find that info. I figured it was in the about phone menu, but not there.

While we are all waiting for different things, figured I would ask what apps everyone uses (if you use them) to customize?

The only thing I have installed currently is Music Vizualizer, partners pretty well with Playerpro and gives me something different to look at. I have also changed boot animation, added MightyTablet to sync with my phone for text messages (I have since removed it just cuz) and I think thats about it.

Was thinking about experimenting with Tasker in the future.

I use,
Launcher Pro for the actual launcher.
Widget maker to get the clock and MP3 player custom sized.
Torque to get the outside temp.
Widgets for Torque to make the temp show on the front page.
I have a clock widget (can't remember the name right now) for that actual clock, but any clock would work.

I am working on cosmetics of the system so I am playing around with it.
