We've got one for the colors...but what about the stripes? I'm curious to see what others are doing. It seems evident that factory stripes are the most popular choice...but what did you guys end up doing?

No Stripes yet.....its hard to decide on the RJT.....black, silver, white, or none.........If I get stripes they will be painted on.........

Although I order with no stripes...I might get mine painted on later. I wan't to see how many other cars have stripes first and how theirs are done though. If its less common not to have stripes than that's the way I'm going to go.

If you want stripes, we offer factory like stripes in 11 different colors and it only takes about a hour to have them installed. They run about $300 installed or $249 uninstalled - 20% discount for the month of August with coupon code camaro5. They are made out of 3M material (same as GM). If get tired of them or want a different color they come off in about 15 minutes with no effect on the car.

What About Waxing and Dust? Waxing your car with stick on stripes, leaves a build up and can change it's color.... That is the reason I think I will go with Painted unless someone can show me different.

I'm getting CGM and wasn't sure if the flat black would show up enough. I'm leaning towards getting something different with stripes past the hood.

Stripes either look good on a car or it does not. I have a CGM that factory black stripes really compliment the car but does not take away from it. Color of car and choice of stripe color are determining factors whether to stripe or not. Ask yourself, do they compliment the car or take away from it?????

not a fan of the stripes given they aren't painted on. But they don't look bad. Just not for me.

Had vinyl stripes, but had them taken off and now getting them painted on. The vinyl just showed every mark and made the car hard to wax.
