engine light help. is it coolant or something elae

Help my engine light went off. And it never has done that before i have no mods except catback stock headers. Here is a picture of what came out.

It looks like the gauge is showing all the way cold...? Is this right at start up?

I would start by checking the coolant level.

checked the coolant everything seemed to be good. drove it to the dealer to get checked had the same message. when they turned it back on it wasn't there anymore and they kept it all day and check it said nothing was wrong. ill keep an eye on it thnx for the info

they didn't say which code it had? probably just reset it for you making it harder to diagnose
