PLEASE look to see if this happened - The bolded part is highly unlikely as there are probably thousands of header swaps that have been done and this doesn't happen!

After I figured it out it was an easy fix too - just got a needle nose pliers and bent it back in place and it drove like a baby!
yes i think you are correct on the voltage range, .1 to .9. i will check that out on my next day off!

I did exactly what your shop did once and I had a cracked plug. I couldn't even see it until I pulled it out and saw a little trace crack in the ceramic. If you pulled them and checked them, then I guess that isn't it. But if you haven't, I would pull them and check very closely.

Did you ever figure this out? My car keeps throwing p0133 and p0153. I will reset it and then between 200-300 miles later it will come back. Put on a CAI and a smaller pully on the supercharger. The shop tuned it though so i would think it wouldn't be having these problems. Also starts up and barely runs. Any ideads?

Wires could still be melted even if they didnt have to remove spark plugs (you dont always have to take the plugs out for a header install). If no plug wires and all 4 O2 sensor wires are melted. And no plugs are cracked.

Then it may need the tune fixed, which I am hesitant to say, since I ran headers and HF cats without a tune for a couple months with ZERO issues besides a CEL.
