I heard the Fest was last weekend. How did it go? Anyone got pics? I couldnt make it since I'm stuck in Dubai. Maybe next year they will have it hear. Make it international.

I was in Vegas last weekend for our anniversary , Richard Petty driving experience and Monster Supercross . The guy I was sitting next to at the Supercross worked for the city of LV , so I asked him if he heard about anything about C5 Fest being there . He said he thought he heard something about it but didn't know for sure . I don't think he really knew what C5 Fest was . I should have asked the people out at Las Vegas Motor Speedway when I was out there . Soon is just around the corner .

If it goes out west, us midwesterners and east coast people could meet up at a Super Chevy event. Or Camaro Superfest in Ypsilanti, MI. Went to the Super Chevy event this year in May at 131 Martin Dragway. Was an awesome event with incredible racing and shows. Everything from top fuel, pro pro mod, jets, to stock 5th gens were racing and in the shows. They even had a 5th gen shootout for an awesome billet trophy (which was won with a mid 12 run). So many people I talked to wish they would have went and didn't know about the 5th gen shoutout. Very worth checking out if you're in the area.
Hopefully the fest is centrally located. If not that's OK, moving it around is fair to all. And there are already plenty of events around here. |
