But tomorrow it is supposed to rain with chance of mixed snow.

It was time.

Just got to call Allstate and put her insurance in "Park" mode, and short of starting her up now and then, the long sleep till spring.

Ya know?... I purchased the Battery Tender from Amazon because of the free shipping and return policy.

After your post above I took it upon myself to do some in-depth research. A few hours later I have decided to utilize Amazons return policy and get my money back. Not because it is a bad product, as it is a good product for 40 bucks. But in the end I want something a bit tighter to the specs I desire.

At first I looked at that video as a nice commercial and nothing more. But that has changed now.

I will be replacing it with either the one above, or from my more recent research, maybe the preferred Yuasa.

In any event, THANK YOU Camaro-SS65. You prodded me into becoming an informed buyer.

I prepared mine for winter -and bought Michelin Pilot SS tires. :-) It does get down sometimes here under 32F, and when those days happen, I would probably still drive her just will go slower. We don't really get snow here, but if we did, I obviously would not drive her. -add: I have no garage, jealousy setting in. :-(

We have been using these type smart chargers in our Bass Boats for 15-20 years. They are awesome work great and have your batteries ready to go all the time. There are a lot of them out there look around do your research.
