Had the outlaw cat back sounded great but had a lot of drone so I put j pipes on. And I think some one did a dyno test on here showing flow masters loosing hp vs stock set up. I have also heard that to be well known in other circles. But they do sound good.

The Flowmaster Outlaw a very loud and aggressive system with a lot of drone, be prepared! I love it though!

I love them. I have SP LT's with hi flow cats, then added the Outlaw. Installed these myself in the driveway and an easy install. I love the normal driving sound, it is a little loud when you open it up but damn it sounds good, IMO.

I would recommend stainless power, best quality for the money...if your headers come in like there supposed to...if they don't, be prepared for a fiasco.

Taco time your car sounds awesome. Maybe since it's on video it doesn't seem like its loud to a point I'd put high flow cats on it.

I'm figuring out what I'm doing next with my car, but if I don't go turbo it will get high flow cats. It's ridiculously loud.

I really gotta get with you and hear your car in person soon. I don't have cats with my super 40s and my car isn't very loud at all. Maybe it's the cam that makes your car so much louder?

They sound amazing without any other mods, but if you're going to do headers it'll be too loud. Get something a little quieter if you plan on having another person in the car. It's already a little tricky to have a conversation doing 75 down the highway, provided my passenger is softspoken

I don't know exactly how yours is set up, but I believe the Super 40s are just mufflers. Even just comparing the mufflers they Super 40s are going to be a lot more restrictive than the Outlaws. 40s are baffled mufflers and the Outlaws are just flow through mufflers. (They basically restrict nothing.) The car was pretty dang loud with just exhaust and headers, but the cam put it over the top. Just let me know when you want to hear it, I'm always around somewhere.

I'm sure that's exactly why I feel my car isn't that loud since the 40s are baffled and the outlaws are less restrictive. Put it like this after I installed the lts and took my wife for a ride in the car she even said she thought it would be a lot louder lol. Under normal driving it sounds like I just have an exhaust and still have cats. Just to give you a idea I have lt without cats and a 3" exhaust to the 40s. They seem to be the only thing holding back the noise. I'm just waiting for Matt to pm me back with options for outlaw mufflers.
Also I'll let you know it will be later this week probably Friday if you're available for me to hear your car.
