2014 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28

Meet the car that conquered Germany's famed Nurburgring road course with a 7:37.47 lap. Thanks to unique exterior elements designed to produce significant downforce, Camaro Z/28 also achieved greater grip - up to 1.08 g in cornering acceleration. Power comes from the 7.0L LS7 engine rated at an SAE-certified 505 horsepower and 481 lb.-ft. of torque.

EXTERIOR:

- Unique front fascia
- Functional hood vent
- 305/30ZR19 Pirelli PZero Trofeo R summer-only tires
- 19-inch forged aluminum wheels


INTERIOR:

- Flat-bottom steering wheel and suede shift knob
- RECARO seats with sueded microfiber inserts
- Rear seat modified for weight reduction


PERFORMANCE:

- Hand-assembled, naturally aspirated small block 7.0L LS7 V8 engine with 505 horsepower and 481 lb.-ft. of torque
- TREMEC TR6060 manual transmission
- Full Aerodynamics Package
- Large front splitter
- Fender flares (front & rear wheels)
- Extended rocker panels
- Increased grip: 1.08 g cornering acceleration
- Increased stopping power: Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes capable of 1.5 g in deceleration
- 2.75-inch exhaust
- Performance-enhanced stabilizer bars, DSSV dampers, control arms and suspension links
- Shorty headers
- Hellical differential

I believe that's the same Z/28 I was able to ride shotgun in around GM's Milford Proving Grounds.
