Good suspension set up for the 1LE

So I just got the 1LE a few weeks ago. Know the suspension is upgraded from the regular ss but I feel like it sits too high and the wheels need to be more flush with the fender. I know I am going to be bashed for it but want to put hubcentric wheel spacers on it. And yes the adapters, not spacers that take away threads on the bolt for the lug nuts. No I do not drag the car. I ran hubcentrics on my previous car and had absolutely no issues. So my question is, what is a good combination of lowering springs and hubcentric wheel spacers/adapters for a good looking stance with the stock wheels??? . If you have a combination of these PLEASE post pictures with size of spacers and which springs you chose. I love you long time. Thanks guys

Not sure what you are doing on this thread. I've come and read it several times.
Lowering the car is easy as there are several vendors on here that will help you buy the right springs. Mine was lowered using components that are no longer available so I can't send you to them.
Now how do these adapters make the wheels stick in less? I think a good alignment should make the wheels sit in better as this needs to be done once lowering springs are added anyways.
There's a thread on here recently with the different alignment specs you would want to use with a lowered Camaro based on the different styles of driving.

Not bashing you but stay away from spacers. Get lowering springs and replace the back tires with 315/35ZR20 Michelin Pilot Supersports and 295/35ZR20s on the front and you will have the look you want. And you will have a better every day tire than the stock Goodyears.

You might want to get to know us better first.

Why would you want spacers? The 1LE rims and tires are already at the edge of the fender, actually past in some areas. Just get a quality set of springs or coilovers and call it good.

Be careful, many vendor offerings out there have drop springs that are actually softer than the stock SS/1LE springs. LSR and LG are the only ones so far with stiffer springs as well as the rear Z28 spring. I wonder if the 2014 has a different spring, my friends CRT 1LE looks killer stock unless GM made a mistake and installed the Z28 springs in the rear by mistake. Also I wouldn't put a Michelin SS 295 tire on the front 20x10. You will lose steering response and those tires are wide is heck. In person that same size made a 20x10.5" look like a motorcycle front rim.

I understand lowering the car is easy. I was looking for feedback on a good set of springs(with pictures if possible) and want to see what other peoples cars looked like if they had hubcentric spacers as well. To answer your question google hubcentric wheel spacers. Pretty much you bolt the spacer to your hub just like you would the wheel and the spacer has bolts in the same pattern for you to bolt your wheel to it. Hard to explain.

Just buy the Z/28 suspension and be done with it. Won't look any cooler but it will handle like its on rails, which is what a 1LE is for.

The tires are a little wider and fill up the fender more than stock, the look I assume you are trying to achive. The 315s will stick out a little on the bottom of the 1/4 panel. The tires fit, not 100% sure if they will rub the fender with lowering springs. Some here do run that setup. It will give more understeer than the stock setup. And as mentioned you may lose a tiny bit of steering response with the 295s up front. But the Z/28 does fine with 305s up front. To get better steering response there are a few front bushings you can replace to improve response over the stock 1LE with either tire. But that doesnt sound like a priority for you.

Spacers are just a bad idea, unless car shows are your only destination IMO. It sounds like you have already decided to do this. It's your car.
