Roto-Fab Engine Covers and Wheels!!! Oh and can't forget the signatures from the GM Camaro Crew

Those are the only non-performance mods I found tasteful, I may however add a heritage grille at some point.

Even with the engine cover, it just looks plain and unappealing. You want yourself/other people to open up the hood and say "wow" other than, "Oh.... that's cool...." Even a painted engine cover would be better (although, people still want to see the actual motor).

If we are talking about not under the hood, I'd go with a lowering kit, aftermarket wheels, new upper grille and window tint.

Well the air suspension kit i got is from airlift performance. They act like coilovers and can adjust the stiffness of the ride with the dampening like normal coilovers have.
