Full size spare install in trunk

Thanks to SUX2BU for the spare tire

The way i set it up i can still fit all my luggage for family trips. Pictures are for reference for space that was left after install

can you take a pic of the wheel covering the battery for me just for reference. Also is that the front or rear. What size tire?

Stock size front tire and rim. I put a peace of cardboard painted black cut to fit in the rim so you cant see the battery. I still need to mount my amp in the trunk but ran out of time so i couldn't do it today

That looks great. So you used the stock 20x8 front rim with a 245/45/20 tire and it fit fairly good into the wheel well? Along with the battery, do you have the GM jack, lug wrench, and foam container underneath as well? Have you noticed the spare making any noises as you go over bumps (assuming it's not secured with anything, just laying in the well)?

Sorry for so many questions, but I'd really like to get a full sized spare also and want this set up. Just get all the pieces, cut a hole in the trunk carpet, and you're ready to go!
