Fest dates are Aug 6, 7 and since you are in BC it's pretty much a guarantee a 2 day drive each way so Holidays needed would be Aug 4 - 9.

Welcome night has been Thursday with activities on Friday and Saturday. Sunday morning is for good byes. I would plan on Thursday night welcome, Friday and Saturday activities at a minimum.
