C'mon now, we will have less traction if it were on mars. But our HP/Weight ration may be greatly improved

Um No it's not, that is just the excuse used by global warming theorists when they are proven wrong.

But your V6 creates less greenhouse gasses driving west than my V8 creates driving east

Just razzing you man. No matter where its at I'm going to create the appropriate carbon foot print necessary to get there, + or - 1 or 2 bean burritos.

I consider it my responsibility as a parent and steward of the environment to burn as much rubber and fossil fuel during my lifetime to exhaust the supply of fossil fuels forcing the next generation to use renewable green house gas friendly fuels. I hope you will all join me in this noble endeavor.

Consider this, because the Earth is rotating to the East at all times, your V8 travelling East is actually travelling faster than my V6 travelling West.
So based on velocity, your V8 is actually emitting lower greenhouse gasses while travelling East than my V6 does while travelling West.

MIND BLOWN!

Ahh, young grasshopper, but this just means east is always more east than you think and west is always traveling toward you easterners so therefore the distance must be shorter from east to west.

If that doesn't work, the fact that I still gotta get home does
