Are people really not putting miles on their Camaros thinking they will be worth more in the future? Do they realize if they bought it at the age of 25 they will probably either be dead or on Social Security by that time, if it ever happens at all? Big gamble and it's really a shame cause these cars are meant to be driven not sitting in someone's garage waiting.... Cars can be rebuilt, your lost time enjoying driving your car are lost forever.

I'm 61 so I doubt I will be around to ever see a 5th gen go up value unless its a Z/28 or a COPO.

Fortunately, I didn't buy mine for it's "value". I bought it because I liked it. If you're going to buy a car for it's value, don't buy a late model car, buy an old collector.

Just because I don't drive mine in the winter, or drive it everyday back and forth to work even on nice days does not mean I'm hoping it will be worth more in the years to come.

I like driving mine on my days off, and I want it looking nice for many years, I could care less what it's worth in 5-10-20 years, I'm enjoying my car my way..

And many of you that only have the Camaro as your only car to drive, could have a second car, would drive the Camaro less especially back and forth to work or in crappy weather..

I'm lucky enough to have other vehicles to drive..

I started working from home about a year after I bought it and my wife hates my driving so I look for reasons to drive it. At this rate, it will be around for a long time.
