Ruby Im sure the track is awesome as well but like I said the fest hasn't been out our way in awhile. For what its worth I would like it to be in at least a relative traveling distance for us who are on the west coast. The closest its been in the last couple of years was texas and that from san diego was a 22 hour drive.

I feel ya, really, I do. Even though for some of our group Texas was doable, for us it was just too far to make it feasible. I know a lot of folks travel much farther and have a blast doing it, but we all have to stay within what is realistic for us. I feel badly for the west coasters and I have some good friends I have met through C5 from out that way I'd love to meet. Realistically though, I just don't think it will be out that way. Sorry, but that is what I think.

Actually when we were up at the Corvette track for an event they were very welcoming. I met one of the Vette pace car drivers who took us out and around the track & he said we were the best group they have had & much better drivers than the Corvette clubs they had hosted!

If the FEST were to be at Beach Bend I assure you the Vette will be over shadowed by a sea of Camaros
