hi guys!
im just trying to figure if i can buy the radio from you guys or the dealership. and i heard from GM that you couldnt swapp radio's from car to car??? can you help me i have a 2010 Camaro SS and would like the my link /navi radio in my car. my name is Marlon Holloway and my email is moma21872@gmail.com cell phone is 317-985-1159 thanks!! |

To do what you want to do, You need to contact Ofer at Gen5 DIY. He has everything you need to do this. I have a 2010 Camaro 2LT/RS and this is what I had done last Spring. Took out the original infotainment center and replaced it with the MyLink with Navigation, and added the Frameless Mirror, and had the backup camera (which I had added before) to the MyLink screen. All of this was well worth it and has worked without any problems.

I'm doing this but do note the door locks are not on the new faceplate from what I see. Kit comes in next week for me...

I did not bother with the door lock issue. I never used them before. After I had the MyLink System installed, I set the car controls to unlock both doors when I placed the car in Park and when I unlocked the car with the key FOB. So this is really not an issue.
