Low oil pressure at start up

Last week I went out to start the camaro and noticed the oil pressure was bouncing around between 30 and the line before zero so guessing 15. I held the throttle down a bit more to give it some more rpms and the oil pressure would go up. It would do this until the car got warmed up. Once the car is warm, the oil pressure sits around 30 at idle (steady) and increases with rpms as normal.

I did have my oil pump swapped out in February due to the 0 oil pressure oil pump issue and has been working fine up until this week.

Any thoughts on what this may be?
