Just an FYI, they usually don't pop until mid month. So basically, anytime now. So don't be surprised if you don't see one for a few days or more.

Also, the form has to be filled out and submitted to get offer. It is then only useable by the name on the form. I doubt "blackedout010" will be sufficient.

Me too I've been waiting for the private offer, $1,000 is a lot of money and it would allow me to buy the car.

I luckily got one on Oct 20th and my car was delivered on Oct 29th. FWIW, this offer was good until the middle of dec.
Keep on trying, I did nothing magical like changing browser or emptying cache. I would just go in and start building a car, any car. Then try again later in the day. I gave up looking for a week, then tried in the morning one day, nothing. Tried again that night and the pop up asking to take a survey came up... I clicked yes i'd take the survey when I logged. That is when the offer popped up! Yes, I took the survey after getting my offer!
