Spectre intake camaro 2ls

just installed spectre intake, took about 1 hour. Really big difference in sound and felt some hp gains.. i recommend this intake half the price of those other big brands

I put that 1 on mine also. Don't have anything to compare it to, but love it.

Glad y'all like em! Love the way my rotofab growls! Course it's hard to hear now with my mrt v1s lol. Is that a oil or dry filter? Would look really good with a color matched heat shield.

Has anyone had an issue blowing their MAF Sensor? I had a spectre on over the summer and I liked the feel and sound it made....

One day I went to start my car - and it wouldnt turn over. Soon as I unplugged my MAF Sensor the car would start. Took it to the shop and they replaced the sensor and put the original air box on that came with the car...

I want to put that Spectre Air back on but have reservations..... You guys have any experiences or thoughts?

I had similar issues with spectre and my old Grand Prix GTP. I question spectre and there quality sometimes so now I just use K&N and Injen intakes. Super expensive but have never had issues with either.

Also just a heads up use a filter condom as I call them they help with the water issue keeping the intake from sucking up water. My cobalt SS injen intake goes down into the fender and scares me because it's almost dragging on the ground lol. So filter condom works like a dream. Best 11 bucks you can spend

you should route your air flow sensor under the intake tube

Did you have to make any adjustments to anything or was it just install and go?
