GM Supplier Pricing
Hello, I have a question when you use supplier pricing does the dealership get reimbursed the money.

They get a stipend from GM. I've been told it is around $500 but cannot officially confirm that. The dealer should be willing to add that to your deal if they want the sale bad enough. I used it in my deal which you can read about in my journal below.
Supplier pricing = Preferred price which is shown on the invoice. It is usually very slightly above invoice. You should be able to negotiate a below invoice price on an in-stock Camaro so, getting supplier price alone isn't necessarily the best deal. If you use Supplier price, both you and the dealer have to sign an affidavit stating that is the actual transaction price. I got around that because I had a trade that the dealer wanted so they added dollars to that while showing the new car at supplier. Whatever, they met my goal for the difference.

2015 2SS/RS 1LE w/Recaros...loaded up at $47,120 MSRP. $44,769.41 with GMSupplier price.
You could probably do better on your own. But then, it's seasonal too. Later in the year, bigger discounts prevail. BUT...sometimes they pile on from GMSupplier price as well, so that 2500 rebate they give to 2015 models later, would make that 44769.41 more like 42,269.41, which is almost $5K off of original MSRP. Thus...the answer is...DEPENDS.
