The new mustang looks like a rip off from the Scion FR S. Same rear end of a mustang, slightly elevated but the front to the rear quarter panel looks like the styling of a FR S. The headlights are almost the same just without the arrow look at the ends of them.

In my opinion the new Mustang tried to go for a more "modern" look but failed. It doesn't even look like a muscle car imo.

Camaro all the way.

I owned a 07 roush convertible a few years ago. First and last mustang I will ever own. I hated everything about the car except for the good looks and exhaust note.

I'd trade Yelo Maro for a turbo Porsche if I had the green. It's just fantasy...having a large amount of money. Having connections comes in handy - I drove a borrowed Lambo Miura to my senior prom.
When I was a kid, I always wanted a Vette. Yelo Maro would outrun the Vettes of those days.

Hell No!! The previous mustang was decent looking if done right. I think they have ruined it. The new front end is hideous!

This is already happening with some high end cars "faking" the engine sound. As for me I wish the LS engines sounded as good as the old LT1s and recent Ford V8s.

I can't see the 2015 Mustang being considered ugly. But that is only my opinion. We all have one.

Hes anyone here with an SS/1LE/ZL1/Z28 driven the Mustang? The Mustang passes the looks test with my eyes. But it is driving that matters most to me.

I need to wait to be sure, but the GT350 could make me give up my TT 1LE. It looks to be awesome and somewhat affordable.

What would stop me is a new thick payment book and throwing away all the $$ I have in my now bullet proof 1LE.

I test drove a fully loaded 2015 5.0 . The interior( nice, but felt more luxury than performance.) I was also disappointed in the performance. It felt like I was driving a sedan (soft & quiet) compared to my SS even when it was stock. The hood appeared really long and flat from the drivers view. It just didn't feel like performance car to me and I walked away really underwhelmed.

Yea , it passes the look test until its four door twin fusion, mini van , focus partner drives up! That mustang front seems outdated already and played out! I stay by a ford dealer and have seen the 15 mustang there and a silver one on the streets the past to days! The 15 really looks like it is trying to look like our 5th Gen Camaro's. But that front grill and lights looks horrible and looks like ford forgot that it was a mustang. But of course it's not ugly as a whole!

13-14 5.0 only ones worth buying and of course the 662 beast.

Simple answer if the GT350 lives up to the hype. Sell the TT 1LE and TT the GT350.

I'm really curious to know the weight of the GT350. If it is light enough I would keep it NA. Run the car on Hoosier R6, remove rear seats and call it a day.... Maybe install long tube headers too!!!

But seriously, VAG group has been leading the way and doing this for quite a few years now, nothing new in the turbo 4 world. Most performance cars in my tribe have been turbo 4's for quite a few years now really.

Whether muscles cars and other less expensive exotics go the way of the Dodo bird remains to be seen..barrel of crude now hovering close to $70 (cigarette), may drop even more.

indeed they are, and I do believe that (once again), VAG is leading the way to that artificial soundtrack planted in the exhaust, particularly for their up n coming upper scale diesel cars and SUV's.

I guess you can tell I came from VAG before I joined on here right?

So you don't think our LS3 engines sound that great?

Well high powered LS engines have a sort of blatty roar at high rpm (mine sounds like this) but sound okay at idle. I was running LTs/cats with the stock ls3 cans and also Magnaflow axlebacks on my '11 SS, and on my '13 1LE with NPP. I did not like the sound of any of these (some drone and blatty) until I added the Magnaflow Resonator/Xpipe. Better, but still not as sexy as my '97 WS6, my '96 Z28, my friends '13 5.0 GT, or my old Fox body Mustangs. I loved my '98 LS1 Z28 but not the sound. Of all my cars, even from back in the day, my favorite sounding car was the '97 WS6. It really wasn't all that loud but it set off car alarms on crowded Philly streets. It had a sound you could feel.

Its an opinion thing. Many will disagree. I am looking forward to hearing the GT350 @ 8000 rpm.

Here we go.

So this was a Premium. Others have commented the new GT is too quiet. I guess you didn't really hit on it.

M6? Performance Pack? Were you thinking of trading?
