the reg for car volume is under 110 Db @ 3000 RPM I have my camaro here adn have passed inspection twice with FI TrI Y headers and flowmasters with gutted cats. They are just giving you a hard time, try getting a different inspector next time, its hit and miss i hear, they mostly give shitt to the mustangs here in graf.
