License Plate Lights Flicker
Both License Plate bulbs flicker, I believe the previous owner changed out the factory bulbs with LED bulbs, and if it helps any my Passenger side reverse light does not work either(Aftermarket ORACLE Light)

I used t have this problem... I just got better led lights. from ebay lol no more flicker

you might want to look into that, I've seen a few threads on here about the reverse lights shorting out and melting the rear bumper...
