NPP swap

Would there be any issue(s) installing a NPP system from a '13 SS onto a '15 1LE? Just looking for fit ment concerns. Minus some exterior differences the 2 should be pretty similar... Right??

If you do it take lots of pictures. They shouldn't fit correctly going from 13 to 15.

Correct, should not. 10-13 use one exhaust, and 14-15 use a different exhaust. It may fit, but they are different part numbers and may not be interchangeable. (I figured this out while trying to swap aftermarket mufflers with a guy who had a 13.)

I believe the only different part is the axle-back part. From the headers to the rear axle should be the same. Just the actual pipe with mufflers are different.

If the exhaust is local and you are able to do it yourself, I'd try it just to see. But that's just my curiosity.

I finally have the zl1 diffuser in from my local dealer and installed the '13 NPP on my '15 1LE and it was a perfect fit!!! Here are some photos. I'll post one of the rear as soon as I get my hands on a rivet gun. Thanks again jdcastane

Awesome! Did you by chance compare your stock diffuser to the new one? And if so, do you think the exhaust would still fit, or line up, with the stock diffuser?

the stock diffuser had to go because i did not have the NPP from factory, it came with the ss diffuser and dual tip exhaust. So i HAD to get the ZL1 diffuser that accommodates the quad tip.

The NPP tips are in the same spot between 13 and 15, the regular tips moved.
