Rapid Fires are DOT approved. I would think they are safer because the LEDs rapid fire before they come all the way on when you stop.. Seems like they would get a person's attention more behind you

No issues with the lights what so ever. I did have the wiring harnes go bad about two years ago and Technostalgia sent me a new one no problem! Very nice to deal with. I know some people have had issues with condensation/water getting in them, but none for me. My car is a garage queen but still none of them have ever even fogged up whenever I have washed it. This was one of the first mods I did back in the day I waited seven months for them. I would recommend them to anyone and I will get more whenever I wear these out! lol

I definitely can vouch for that. Couple days ago I got pull over at night (rolling stop through a stop sign), so I thought well perfect time to test them, and for good measured I put the emergency lights one, which rapid fires constantly, and cop said nothing about the lights, and I got off with a warning for the stop sign.

Love those lights, very cool!

I just bought a set from a member here. Haven't had the time to install them yet. Not in a big hurry, since I have till spring, but I'm looking forward to it. Mine are the series 6700. I'm not sure what that means.
