Unfortunately, a) my SS didn't qualify and b) my previous car wouldn't have passed as having lower the mileage it got because of the higher mileage numbers on the sticker.

Oh, well. I still got to take advantage of the credit union member and USAA member discounts.

Dang it! Since my husband did it all without me knowing I didn't even think to check on the credit union member discount!! If you don't mind me asking how much discount did it give you?? It was lower than sticker right?

I believe it basically gives you supplier pricing. Someone else can correct me if I'm wrong, though.

Wait a minute....can you stack the USAA discount along with the Cash For Clunker discount? I own the #2 most traded clunker, a 97 Ford Explorer that I would LOVE to trade in for a new 2010 SS/RS

I live in Chicago but work in the Milwaukee, Chicago and DC areas through the year. Can anyone recommend any dealers to work with?

Cool

I got mine with C4C... that's why I got the automatic. Shame the manual doesn't qualify!

THE SS DOES NOT QUALIFY!
THE ONLY CAMARO THAT QUALIFIES IS THE V6 MANUAL!

You can get 3500 on top of the supplier pricing. This acts as pure cash towards a car in addition to any other incentives that the dealer is offering or that you get on the vehicle.

Too bad only the v6 automatic qualifies. I'd love to get a v6 manual for my clunker!

Why would you trade that car in as a clunker? (not that it qualifies)
Isn't it worth around 5k as a trade in? You could go trade it in and get 1k off a new car since you still owe 4k on it... assuming you can get 5k for it
