I think you're pooched. Tune and pulley swap basically means you have voided your powertrain warranty.

I hope you get made right, but agree that a modded car is a risk. I am struggling with that idea because I may mod my car this Spring.

Subscribed. I'm still stock for now, but mods are in my future. And so far, no problems at all with any of my power train components.

Please report back with the end results. Good luck...

No rev limits changed, nor any internal engine components modded. The Magnusun-Moss act puts the burden of proof on the manufacturer denying the warranty to prove that the modifications caused the failure.
Just playing devils advocate , if you changed the SC pulley , I havd to assume for more pressure into the heads , = to more HP= more stress on the engine parts = more heat !
See where I'm going with this , just saying what the guys at GM may be also thinking , and want to prove that was the reason

Didn't you say you changed your upper pulley to a 2.55? If so that also changes
Your SC rpm's. That wasn't the issue, it was the ecu recalibration or tune per say. They also had mine for more than three weeks before rejecting it.

Technically, if you changed anything on the engine GM 'could' consider your engine warranty voided.

I would be interested what the GM rep or engineer says about the current calibration. Went through this on a stock Z06 about 3 years ago and had no issues.

I feel your pain man!!! I bought a new 2014 ford F150 TREMOR 4X4 in April, used the four wheel drive for the first time in November. Front diff exploded in 25 miles. Trucks been at the ford dealer for almost a month now because the diff housing was damaged and there isn't one available anywhere. All I keep being told is they had to get the manufacturer to make one for my truck. Could be another month or more!!!!!!!

Yeah, I know its gonna be a up hill battle. At least I have the dealer on my side, which is usually not the case in these scenarios. It's usually the dealer who refuses to honor the warranty.
