Best tune for a 2011 V6?
I'm looking for some help. I want to get a tune on my 2011 V6 and can't quite decide. I've looked for comparisons but didn't find the answers I need. I have a K&N Typhoon CAI and Borla cat back exhausts, other that that I haven't touched the engine. I am using 93 octane also.
I see that Trifecta and Hypertech have more or less what I am looking for: Adjustable shifting points specifically, and the ability to change settings quickly (keep economy settings in daily driving but be able to make a quick change when I go to the mountain roads or track day), the ability to revery to stock settings as well as added power. Is there one that is far better than the other? If you picked one brand over the other what made you choose that brand? Have you experienced any good or bad things with either brand? Both are on sale at phastek now... I'd like to put an order in within the next few days too. |

HP is a custom tune, not a "canned" tune, IPF had had many good reviews, seem to offer great support too.
