I friend of mine who owns the cars on the left had it made. It is his car on the banner before he switched wheels. His is a 2010 SS. We had this planned before I got the car and was lucky because my car in on Tuesday and that show started 2days later on Thursday. I ordered the plate when I ordered the car so I had it when the car came in. I'm gonna go to C5Fest in Bowling Green but I don't know if I will take the Hot Wheels cars because I want to run the road course in my Z. I don't drive the Hot Wheels car much. Had it almost 2years and only has 700 miles on it.

Wish I had the choice between the HWSE and a Z/28!

And if it were me with this choice going to C5fest...I would take the Z.

New to the club. I picked up a convertible/V8/Manual last week and cant wait for spring.. and hopefully some upgrades before!

Hurst shifter (Ordered)
Mild2Wild NPP Exhaust Controller (Ordered)

Other than that..
Looking to get a cold air intake
LT Headers
Camshaft Upgrade

Lower 1" (Has anyone lowered their HWSE yet?)
wheel spacers
blue/white LED headlights
Oracle sidemarkers

I would like a cooler hood and rear spoiler but who knows.

This is where it sat when I first saw it.

Anyone else here upset that they are putting the HWSE wheels on the new Special Edition cars? The redline wheels is the Hot Wheels theme from back in the day. I just don't think they should have used those wheels. I know a lot of people don't like them because the 21" tires cost to much but that's part of the package. Just my thoughts.

I doubt they will do that. The Kinetic Blue was a special color between GM and Hot Wheels. Unless Hot Wheels gives them permission to use it on other cars, it won't happen. And honestly if they could of, they would have done that by now.

this design of 21in wheel has been in the gm accessories portfolio since then too...
total of 5 different paint appearances including the NM (which was only a NM offering)
