I tried the Recaros "once". I'd not pay an extra $2000 for them... Sure they are nice, but not worth that extra $$ in my opinion. But I'm sure you'll find someone on here to trade you once you get your car.

OP, as parts recaros are $2,500 each. You should be able to sell the seats for at least $3K+, get a free install from the buyer and still come out ahead. Recaros is the one 5th gen Camaro purchase that can be considered a good investment.

Get a deposit from someone before you buy the car. But you might end up liking them. I hear they are comfortable. So the one knock would be it is a little harder to get in and out of the car.

I would drive in them for a week before giving them up - At first I was wondering if I had made a mistake getting the Recaro's..... now I just love them especially in tight turns when I'm getting on it

Nothing is set in stone. I wanted to see if there was an interest in them. Ill keep you guys posted on the details.

In other words, don't wait for me to do this just yet.

I'm 6'4 340lbs with wide shoulders. Recaro's don't fit.
