Higher mileage and some spray?

How safe is it? What should be done to keep all the inside parts from becoming outside parts? Car currently has 84k miles seems to run perfectly fine just got the bug for some cheaper HP, just trying to keep it from being super high dollar motor work.

On my 1999 z28 l put a 100 shot wet kit with a good window on it at 103k miles and sprayed it at least a hundred 1/4 mile runs with no problems... The trans on the other hand died.. LS motors are tuff
