Just watched this, the kit looks great! The only thing I didn't like was that they used ball bearing turbos and not the base journal bearing turbos and that you have to buy cat delete pipes as the downpipes stop where the stock manifolds would.

So as shown it was around a $11k kit. Vs the 7800 base

What springs come with the kit? I ask because on the show you guys changed the wastegate springs.

Hello.

The ball bearing option is an extra luxury on our base kit, but does not affect power levels. We have a sister car to the red SS on TV, and it has standard journal bearing turbos. The dyno graphs are identical.

The system installed on TV was dynoed with restrictive factory cats, and we were able to still make over 600 rwhp. Removal of the cats will raise base boost level slightly, and RWHP will gain another 120hp+. We made 729 RWHP with a little over 9 psi with no cats and a 3 inch exhaust.

The base kit comes with 7 psi springs, and other spring sizes are available.

Just finished watching it. Awesome kit. Wish it were within my budget right now instead of the single kit I'm installing soon. Maybe one day.

What do you think you would gain in horsepower with the solo cats and will the system still fit with the solo's hi-flow cats ??

We haven't tested that cat, but any increase in cat size will help tremendously. The inlet to the factory cat is only 2.25". We use Bassani high flow 3" cats in our other systems with success.

Thank you.

The install is very straight forward. We even kept the factory cats hooked up when the system goes on. The car does not have to go very high in the air. We do test installs on jack stands, as anybody would in a household garage.
