Need some help removing screws with stripped head

So I was removing the front license plate bracket, and the heads on the screws stripped right off of them. The screws seem to be extremely soft, the screw driver drill bit eats them right up. They are different than the screws that were holding the actual license plate onto the bracket. They are not plastic but the head on them somewhat resembles the head on the various clips that hold parts onto the car (i.e. the wheel well liner clips), so they are not easy to hold onto with a pliers. They are large diameter as compared to the diameter of the actual screw part of the screw, and the head is very thin perpendicular to the diameter of it, like maybe 1/32-1/16" thick.

Any suggestions on how to go about getting them removed? It's not the end of the world if it has to stay, but I'd like to get it taken off it possible.

Is there a way I can access them from the other side of the bumper (and use a pliers from that side)? From what I could tell it does not look like that is possible.

The ones that hold the plate holder to the bumper are rivets I believe, on my 2011 I had to drill them out.

To make it a little easier you may use a drill bit like this ( split point )

Thanks for the help, from searching on the internet I also found that there is a tool called a Pro Grabit that can be used to extract screws. Since it is a rivet, I assume then that the tool is not needed/will not work?

That tool is not needed. Just a drill the middle of the rivet head out. How do you plan to fill the four holes in the bumper?

On my black 2LT I just got these little black plastic plugs from the hardware section at Lowe's. Now that I have a RRM ZL1, I'm going to try painting them to match. Or there is a product called bumper plugs, but I don't see the need to spend money on them when I can make the same thing myself. Also from the pictures the bumper plugs are much larger and more noticeable than what I had. They were probably no bigger than 3/16" diameter.
