With the warrant issue, I'd tell them to come and collect. Tell them your duo of lawyers from Smith & Wesson will answer all questions for you.
I do like the email scams though. Sometimes I can get a few responses before they relize that I am jerking them around.

I got a robocall the other day saying I was being sued by the IRS for nonpayment of taxes, it said to call a certian number immediately to arrange payment and avoid the lawsuit.
The IRS will never call you about owed taxes, they always use the USPS.

My wife got one of those about a month ago and they left a voicemail. She generally agonizes for hours (and making sure she's irritating me the whole time) if she gets a call from a number she doesn't recognize. Finally convinced her that as the preparer they would be calling me, not her. I don't think her phone number is even on the return. However, I bet this scam has nailed quite a few people.
