does anybody know if gm is offering any factory touch up paint.I have a few minor door nicks that i need to fix.

Get your sales person to order you some. I had three small spots on my car from delivery and they offered to get the touch up or repaint for me , I am trying the touch up first to see how it looks.Going to have the dealer body shop put the touch up on for me.
