We are finalizing the list of people this morning and I need to make sure I have accurate information for everyone. If your name is on this list below please either respond on here or send me a PM with the following information:

First and last name, hotel you are staying at, how many people are coming, and how many cars.

People I need information from:

VDI MOTORSPORTS

JOESFAST1
SOCAL_HUNTER

I appreciate you getting this information to me as quickly as possible because we need to get this information to Havasu PD and Pirate's Cove. If we do not have this information you will not be able to get onto the bridge on Saturday.

Hey guys, we will be meeting up at 11:15am now and rolling out at 11:45 because the norcal group doesn't thing they can make it to the meet up point until 2. This should put us more on an appropriate timeline with eachother

So If we have lunch at 2 be on the road 245 to 3. 3 hours to havasu, and they are an hour ahead, we will arrive at hotel at 7 pm? Isnt the check in for run at 4 to 6 at island inn? Which is 3 to 5 our time?

Check in is from 4-6 AZ time and we will be having a driver's meeting at 6pm to make sure everyone understands what will be happening on Saturday. We will have Havasu PD there to explain their rules as well. We have a lot of first time folks coming out so it is very important you are there for this. Thank you!
