So the uprights are done, a few more details since we aren't doing paint or bodywork I chose to epoxy these delrin pieces inside the uprights for reinforcement. This part I could have done better but it would probably be plenty strong even without them. The wiring goes through the hole in the right side one.
![]() Next comes your studs, you need new studs to mount this. Since they are hard to find I bought bolts instead and made my own. You need M6 x 1.0 bolts, 2 that are 90mm long, and 2 that are 80mm long. You must use the factory nuts to reinstall the spoiler though, they are designed to spread the load through both layers of the deck lid.

There's a recessed area that fits the uprights, make sure they sit flat and the studs line up before you tape them to the wing. I had to elongate the holes in the uprights a bit to make everything line up. Pugs are no help either.

Wow that looks a lot better. I only like the high wing spoilers on the Transformers editions, maybe because of the stripes... this looks much better

Wow man, it turned out great! And pugs are awesome at helping with vehicle mods. I have two myself, and they help QA all of my work lol Well thinking again, I think they just hang around waiting for food....

Saw one yesterday with a smooth deck lid. Took me a min to get use to it but once I did, I really liked it.
