Okay so i have had 3 check engine lights come on and they are all p0442 which is evap. And i have brought it to the dealer every time that it has came on. And this is the third time they did a nitrogen test ans there were no leak and they also replaced the vent valve. Thise did not handle the problem. What else might it be?

Could be as simple as a gas cap, could be purge valve, vent valve, evap hoses, charcoal canister, could even be the computer.

Yeah its hard to say but they did a nitrogen test. And it isnt the gas cap because it doesnt come on after i gas up. It usually comes on when i start it up and i put the car in gear. Lol

There is a TSP I had done in which they replaced the module I think. They had to drop the fuel tank , took them like 4 hours.

Yeah its still under warranty so im not too worried about it.. Hopw they can figure it out and it be right the time.

I had exact code with when I scanned it it showed up 3 times on my scanner,,, this happened right before storing it for winter ,, so its not fixed yet, mine is 2010
