For any force inducted people or any one with knowledge on this topic, what difference did you get at our altitude from a base tune vs mail order or dyno tune?

OK thank you cause I was considering a tune from dynosteve, since I'm in glenwood and every shop I tried to contact in Denver and some in colorado springs never returned my emails, who does your tuning?
