Here's a better photo from under the belt. You can see only 3 of 4 ribs are in the grooves.

One last photo from the top where you can see the belt riding up the pulley on the right side. I'll be calling the dealer on Monday (just turned 3000 miles).

Just turned 4000 miles now and the belt is squealing and is off the pulley again. Back to the dealer.

I realize this is an old thread... I've noticed a noise from my engine that could possibly be the same thing you guys are experiencing. I wouldn't call it a squeal so mush as a raspy-almost-hissing sound, not quite what a bad bearing would make but close.... It's definitely a rotating type of noise, not like an air hiss.
