Clear Door and Dash Panels?

I did a vinyl wrap on my door and dash panels. Due to whatever reason, the vinyl has minor peeling along some of the edges. It's not too noticeable but my OCD kicks in. I figure a new approach is needed and besides, I want to improve on it overall.

Are there clear glossy non-painted door and dash panels out there to be had anywhere? Here's my idea...

I want to apply the vinyl wrap to the inside of the panels and finish them off with some ABL behind so the images glow slightly. This way, the vinyl will be protected from any accidental scuffs/scratches and give a more professional look.
