Yeah, whatever happened to that? I thought we'd have palm trees growing on the banks of the Ohio River by now, but this looks more like the winters of '77 and '78 to me. It's called Global because well, the US isn't the only country on the globe. And snow is worse because warmer oceans allow for warmer atmospheres that hold more moisture which collide with colder air over places like the Northeast and result is significantly more than normal snow and... well... forget it.

The car is not driven in winter once salt hits the road, it is nice and warm in the garage under a cover right now. If we do make the trip the first stop in Florida would be a good hand car wash place for sure!

Agreed this weather sucks! I was in New Orleans with some co-workers a couple weeks ago and other than when I landed it didn't get above 54*F. One of those co-workers was in Denver last week and it was 75*F!! How does that make any sense?!
