Yeah, whatever happened to that? I thought we'd have palm trees growing on the banks of the Ohio River by now, but this looks more like the winters of '77 and '78 to me. All the experts of the day ,back then, were calling those winters the beginning of a new ice age. Then we had a hot dry summer in '88 and they started calling it Global Warming. Then it got cold again, so they started calling it Climate Change. I figure they got it covered now. When it's hot, it' s Climate Change and when it's cold, it's Climate Change. I think I liked it better in the good old days when it was just called the weather.

It's called Global because well, the US isn't the only country on the globe. And snow is worse because warmer oceans allow for warmer atmospheres that hold more moisture which collide with colder air over places like the Northeast and result is significantly more than normal snow and... well... forget it.

The car is not driven in winter once salt hits the road, it is nice and warm in the garage under a cover right now. If we do make the trip the first stop in Florida would be a good hand car wash place for sure!

GO BIG BLUE!!!! (best post of the day)
Big Blue is 25-0, gonna be 26-0 after we knockout Tennessee tonight!

Oh by the way, I mowed my grass here in Naples today, its about 80 outside...

Agreed this weather sucks! I was in New Orleans with some co-workers a couple weeks ago and other than when I landed it didn't get above 54*F. One of those co-workers was in Denver last week and it was 75*F!! How does that make any sense?!

Want to know where the cold weather is? I'm living in it. It was -39C here just the other day (just for info -40F=-40C). Now THAT is cold.

We got snow on top of ice ... on top of snow.
