Picked up my car 5 days ago, pics to follow. Today I took vehicle out for my family to see. My nephew took it for a spin and as he rounded the corner he was tailed by local police right on his rear end.My nephew got out of car and handed me the keys and said " Iwasnt speeding!". Officer gets out of car and says'Who is the owner of this vehicle?" I said " I am officer, can I help you?" He says" Yes, I saw this car gliding thru the neighborhood and I had to see it up close because I've only seen one on the hiway and in pictures, mind if I look it over?" .I said "sure, help yourself ", and I proceeded to give him a tour of the vehicle. He just drooled over it and thanked me. I told him he should have turned his red lites on my nephew as he pulled him over so my nephew would have crapped his pants. he just laughed and drove off. Quite a morning!

Hey, My friend is a dealer and has a 2SS RS BLACK/BLACK Auto trans.. AVAIL NOW for MSRP ($37K) they will take GMS cert if you have it!! This should make someone's day!! getting my car repainted. so ill post pics of the new car. hopefully itll be exactly what i want this time. and hopefully it wont be flawed all to hell. has anyone heard of a turbo kit yet for the V6???? me and Jericho are looking everywhere. so if anyone knows where we can get a turbo or super charger let us know. id love to get one installed before the talladega event.LOL. will post pics of the car once its out of paint..its still gonna have the green stripes, but hopefully they are incredibly nicer and more shimmering. they may be thicker though, maybe full stripes that cover the entire scoop like i wanted to start with. going in paint shop on the 1st

After looking over this thread's pictures, I'm now going to consider black as a possible option for my future car.
The only problem I still have with it is how often you have to clean it. I know second-hand how much up-keep a black car needs.
