Absolutely the best.
You have to experience the difference to fully appreciate how great they are.

do you think the aftermarked HIDs would be better?
i know they're alot cheaper
I didnt' get the RS package that's why i'm wondering
I can get halos and HID's for like 400 or somethin like that and to buy just the headlights from GM is 1200 which i dont understand but... i'm torn i dont know which would be better

I believe this to be true also. In our YUKE, which does not have the HID's, you can barely tell when you hit the fog lights and then only on the side.

the GM quality fit and finish is far superior also aftermarket has a tendency to not be the best when adjusting or keeping them adjusted

also projector HIDs are way better then regular HIDs

will the aftermarket come up with projector HID?
I cant see spending 1200 on headlights that seems awfully steep i mean 4-500 maybe but it was only 1200 to add the RS package that had emblems, headlights, tail lights matching roof molding and 20" rims instead of 18's(i think that's what I read)
Anyways I will probably just wait, just trying to get more feedback so i can make an educated decision

I am working on some ideas to change this. I want to be able to run the DRL with the halos. I think it will look asewome. I NEVER run the DRLs during the day. Totally pointless. First thing I do is switch them off. Did on the C5 and C6 too so i am used to it. Anyhow, I am going to rewire the the fogs to come on with the halos so they will always be on when the halos are. I may do a switch so i can have just the halos and not the fogs. It will be easy, just more wires and then I have to figure where to mount the switch inside the car without drilling any holes.

Anyone done this yet?

Get the RS pkg. 100% worth the money. The midnight silver wheels are amazing and the HIDs are great!

The MS wheels look much better IMO then the polished and it is a $400some savings

The HIDs are superb, best I've driven.

Halos really add nothing to the equation of night driving, though.

You will have to let me know when you have this all figured out. I was thinking the same thing, Halo's, Lights and Fogs all on at the same time, would look awsome.

However, I beleive in NY, that you must have DRL on, or maybe it's that they are required on vehicles made after a certian year, not sure.
