ZL1 emblem add

Anyone add the OEM ZL1 emblem to their fender under the Camaro lettering (or replacing it)? I had added the OEM trunk lid SS emblems under the Camaro lettering on my SS and thought it looked good but not sure if it will look like "too much" as the ZL1 emblems are already on the hood (as I have no plans on removing these).

If you have done this - pls post up pics. Thanks

They are 40 bucks on Amazon......

2012-2014 Chevrolet Camaro Genuine GM Replacement Rear Trunk Deck Lid ZL1 Emblem

Personally, I am unsure they would match up and look right.

Yeah, Thanks....I know they are available but agree with you as I'm on the fence on if it would look "right" or not. Looking to see if any fellow members have done this & post up pics if so.

It looks redundant, or excessive...(looks busy, but that's my opinion). If you remove the hood emblem then the look would appear more clear to me.

I think you should only do one or the other (hood or fender). I had custom emblems made by Emblempros and mounted them on the fender, but I removed the Camaro badges completely. I am now going back to Camaro badges on the fenders and I am moving my ZL1 emblems to the hood.

Here is a pic:

Appreciate the responses - since I like the hood emblems that are already on, I probably will forego adding any additional ones.

The ZL1 has ZL1 Emblems everywhere stock. I count (2 on hood, 1 on grill, 1 on rear trunk, 4 or 5 or 7 in the interior depending upon options, 1 under the hood) and then I added 1 on the rear license plate frame. That is a lot of badges IMO.

I removed all the badges except for the on the grill. I like the clean look.

Ive seen the ZL1 badge on the fender and dont feel like it fills up that space nicely.

I went with a retro Camaro emblem from EmblemPros. I will get you a better picture but here is one I do have.

The retro Camaro emblem does look great there by itself.
