No way does full bolt ons on a L99 only make 30-38HP and if it did then there is something seriously wrong with the tune and/or other parts. A full bolt on L99 should be making about 30-45 MORE HP than a stock LS3 Vette depending on choice of tune, CAI and other parts. If the Vette is a bone stock 1LT GS and the L99 is using quality parts then the power to weight will be really close. It could go either way. If the SS was using drag radials then I say L99 all the way but its on street tires.

If I ever see a stock auto C6 GS and a full bolt on L99 at the same dyno on the same day I'll be sure to let you know but my money is on the L99 dynoing higher.

From what I gathered on their Vette forums seems like A6 are around 375 whp range M6 around 385 range. Still higher than the L99 average with boltons.
