Mike (mlee) I see there are different categories listed on the web site for NCM. Which one do we fall under?

Aw that sucks. I am definitely gonna autoX that ZL1 of his Friday/Saturday.
And don't laugh but im paranoid about him crashing so hes got full race gear -gloves, shoes, helmet-SA2010, and race suit that's fire retardant. I designed the race suit online so if you see a guy wearing a black and orange one getting in an IOM ZL1.....

Just depends on your skill level and experience. May be a bit of question/answer session to figure that out and then we will group folks up.

No reason you can't go up or down a group either based on your 1st couple of sessions.

The skill level at this event will not be that high and we will keep reminding folks this is not a race. Once you start racing for time or trying to catch/stay ahead of someone is when you end up going for an off track ride.

Edit 1: For those interested there is insurance you can buy for the car for track days. I used http://ontrackinsurance.com/index.aspx for the last track day I did.

mlee: You may be able to register the event with them so it would be an automatically selected event to pay insurance for.

I see, It showed that there was HDPE, hot laps. touring, and tracksx. Some were speed limited. Do we fall into one of those or are we a separate event?

Oh this is definitely gonna be the best fest yet! Plus I personally know just how awesome this years host club is. Derby City Camaro Club are working very hard to hope all of camaro5 has a great experience while in Kentucky so that you will all want to come visit us again. Plus we are bringing bourbon... lol

This may have been answered in the earlier posts, but I couldn't find anything after a quick scan:

I know there's a $20 charge for spectator's during the drag racing and CamaroCross, is there a spectator pass that needs to bought for this too? My fiance and I are planning on going to the NCM event, I'll be racing and she'll be there to watch. Thanks in advance for the info!
