I would not count on it. May be someone will loan one.

Helmet is a nice purchase to have with your car even if you only track it once or twice a year.
It's really nice having your own that fits.

Get your own. Some tracks have helmets to loan. Remember it is hot as most tracks will not let you have your air conditioning on while on the track. So a lot of sweating goes on. You wouldn't wear some ones gym clothes at a fitness center would you?

Mike...I know you said this is per driver, but are there any exceptions? For instance, my girlfriend and I would be using my car for both of us (so only one of us can be on the course at any given time).

I'm pretty sure I know the answer, but I want to ask it anyway

Check ebay (that's where i got mine) or craigs list. I didnt pay very much for mine, like 25 bucks plus shipping and it was barely used and snell rated, i got very lucky. The sad thing was I wanted a difference face shield and it cost more than my helmet! lmao

If you're already spending money on a helmet, may as well get an SA2010 or higher. Some tracks and events won't allow M rated helmets.
